Gremlins 2 The New Batch (1990)
After the demise of his proprietor Mr. Wing, the mogwai Gizmo turns into the guinea pig of researchers at a lab in the Clamp Center, a best in class highrise working in Manhattan, claimed by flighty tycoon Daniel Clamp. Helpless before the central specialist Dr. Catheter, Gizmo is saved by his companion Billy Peltzer and his life partner Kate, both of whom work somewhere else in the structure.
